Impacts
Services that are no longer running will appear on journey planning apps causing major disruption to passengers and impacting passenger satisfaction. Operators must ensure the published data accurately reflects the status of their registered services.
How to resolve
If the service is no longer running, please remove the published file from the uploaded data set, or end date the file equal to the date the service stopped running. This can be done on your timetables scheduling tool.
If the service is running, please contact the responsible local bus registrations authority to register the bus service.
